Certificate in Employment Services

The Certificate in Employment Services is our oldest, most often requested, and to some, most challenging training program. Veteran trainer and Organizational Consultant for the Region VI CRP-RCEP, Jim Humes begins the course with an exploration of values. This exercise is designed to demystify the issue of disability and employment by asking participants, "What are your beliefs about the employment of persons with disabilities?" Because the materials and activities designed by the trainers covers five days, this training program is spread out over two sessions held approximately 30 days apart. The two sessions are connected by a homework assignment that must be completed and turned in before the second session.
